Marrowsuck is one of the exiles living on the fifth level of the Abyss. He appears in Ultima Underworld.

The Avatar found him while searching the ghoul enclave, learning the surprising fact that Marrowsuck used to make a living by making boots and shoes. Marrowsuck revealed that with dragon scales and ironsilk, he could even make dragonskin boots for walking over fire. After some back and forth, he agreed to make them for the Avatar if he received the two components plus food as payment.
After getting these two items and bribing Marrowsuck with enough fish (he had at first suggested bringing him a goblin for food), the exile made the boots, making lava safe to cross for the Avatar.
