Margery is a street cleaner in Britain during Ultima IX.

Description

The Avatar first found her agreeing with mayor Aidon when he held a speech to justify his policy to the people. Talking to her afterwards revealed her to be a rude woman who was in full agreement with deporting all the poor people to Paws. She did not have much else to talk to the Avatar about. Every time the Avatar came near her, she would complain he had disturbed the dirt she had been sweeping together.

Interestingly, even after the mayor changed his policy and the Shrine of Compassion was cleansed, Margery was still rude and cold, suggesting that she'd always been this way.
