Margery is a street cleaner in Britain during Ultima IX.

Description

The Avatar first found her agreeing with mayor Aidon when he held a speech to justify his policy to the people. Talking to her afterwards revealed her to be a rude woman who was in full agreement with deporting all the poor people to Paws. She afforded the hero little conversation. Whenever near, she would complain that the Avatar had disturbed the dirt she had been sweeping together.

Interestingly, even after the mayor changed his policy and the Shrine of Compassion was cleansed, Margery was still rude and cold, demonstrating her attitude had nothing to do with the columns.
