Lady Donna is a shepherdress living in Jhelom during Ultima IV.
Description[edit]
Donna was a short woman who was visibly pregnant at the time of the Stranger's adventures in Jhelom. She could be found at the Inn of the Ends where she complained of the lump in her stomach and her distaste for the sheep she tended. Should the hero ask after her pregnancy, the woman would jokingly ask if the hero were the father, and would thank God if not.[1]

- Even if the Stranger is female, Lady Donna will ask her if she is the father of her baby.
- A Donna Gagne appears in the credits for Ultima IV as a playtester, and may be the inspiration for this character.[2]
