Dara runs the King's Head Tavern in Britain in Ultima IX.

Dara at first had only the usual gossip when the Avatar met her, together with selling food and drink. She could usually be found happily serving Angus at the bar. However, after the Avatar returned from Terfin, she accused the Avatar of having a serious debt with the house, something that was impossible as the Avatar had been away. Dara denied service until the money was paid.[1]
After some searching, it turned out that this had been Evidious's doing, and after confronting the man, the Avatar returned to clear his name. Dara felt she should have expected something like this from Evidious, and she'd charge him in turn for the debt, re-opening business for the Avatar.
