Hythloth (Ultima V)

Hythloth in Ultima V only requires the adventurer to visit one particular dungeon room in order to reach the Underworld.

Levels 1–6: Climb down, ignoring everything else. Be sure to stop at 7.

Level 7: Find a secret door in the southern wall and take the ladder in the southwest corner.

Level 8: Go north and up the ladder.

Level 7 (again): Go east through a secret door and down the ladder.

Level 8 (again): Head west into a room with daemons and wisps.

The Underworld beneath Hythloth holds the Mystic Armour, Mystic Weapons and the Shard of Cowardice.
