The wife of Genne, and adopted mother of Shimoka and Kintara, Felicity cooked at The Humble Palate, and helped her daughters learn the trade. She enjoyed the inventiveness of working in the kitchen, and was sure some day her daughters would enjoy the work as well. Still very much in love with her husband after 32 years, she would tell the Avatar about how they first met while she was working as a barmaid at the Crystal Chalice in Trinsic. Unable to have children of their own, they had adopted the two girls when they were left on the doorstep of their home as infants in Trinsic.[1]

With the changing political climate in Britannia, she was glad to move to the more idyllic New Magincia, where she had few dealings with Blackthorn’s Oppression. Lord Windemere had originally established the colony of New Magincia four years ago, and the community had flourished, and Genne had frequent business dealings with the man at the time. With the loss of Lord British, Lord Windemere's mother had come to New Magincia to incite rebellion against the Oppression, but this had been crushed by Blackthorn's men, and Lady Windemere had fled before too much bloodshed could take place. Since that time, things had been easier on the island, with the spirit of the community holding everything together despite an established mayor. She had found Lord Blackthorn to be a deeply emotional man at the time he visited The Humble Palate, for his long time companion Shaana died there during his stay.

Felicity believed Lewis to be an honest and earnest man, and she was quite enthralled by his tales of daring. She believe Kintara’s infatuation with Lewis was merely a passing fancy, and that the girl would move on with time, noting for the time being that Lewis prevented her from doing her work properly.

Felicity stressed that she wished Genne would help mend the roof of the kitchen, but complained that he always pretended to be busy when when she asked. The Avatar could help Genne, and eventually the roof would be fixed.[2]
