Draxta is one of the Xenkan Monks of Serpent Isle and the official seer of the order. She appears in Ultima VII Part Two.

When the Avatar met her on Monk Isle, Draxta made it clear to the hero that she would follow Karnax's example and not reveal too much about Xenka's prophecies to the Avatar, apart from general information. She feared that coming too close to the Avatar could bring on the end of the world. That however didn't stop her from suggesting that the Avatar read the books of the prophecies, which proved difficult due to the way they were written.
On the other hand she spoke a lot about Xenka herself, how she'd vanished from the world, and generally glorified her as a person far bigger than life. She also spoke of the Place of Visions, where she was leading the services every day, explaining how it is possible to see a vision there. Additionally, she spoke of Xenka's last three visions there, going into detail what they could have meant.

| “ | Dearest Thoxa, I hope this finds its way to thee on thy journeys, for I feel it is important information. Last night I received a vision that thou shouldst know about. I saw a place located on a mountain surrounded by water. It was a place of great power and mystery. On this mountain I saw a shrine to each of the Ophidians' orders, as well as a beautiful building that I am sure was the Great Shrine of Balance. This leads me to believe it was the legendary Sunrise Isle I saw. On a path outside the Great Shrine of Balance lay a book. This book holds the answers to many of the puzzle tests within the Great Shrine. These puzzles will deal with fire and ice. - Like Braccus, Draxta won't reveal her name at first, but unlike him she'll do so eventually.
- According to Balancing the Scales, Draxta is also capable of getting visions. That she gives indirect help to Thoxa also hints that her stance is not as conservative as Karnax'.
