Mortimer the Minotaur can be found in Mount Tenax, north of Jhelom.

Description

Although feared by some of the residents of Jhelom, Mortimer is actually a pacifist, inventor and collector of rare items. He lost Mount Tenax to the beastly Crog, and agrees to give the Bell of Courage to a hero that would help him liberate his home.
