Considering that this room is quite out of your way, you might want to leave it behind. It is a large square room entered from the south with 11 lava lizards and 13 treasure chests. There is a stream of lava between you and the treasure.

If you wish to take out the lizards and get the treasure, expect to take around 30 pts of damage each time you go through the lava. The treasure chests are not on top of lava squares, so taking the treasure does not inflict more damage on you unless the chests are trapped.
