Flipping through The Official Book of Ultima (2nd ed.) I came across an interesting snippet of trivia. Supposedly in the acknowledgements he added an easter egg which, upon pressing Shift-Ctrl-1, would cause a flashing arrow to appear on the screen pointing to his name. After he left the company others discovered this and changed the easter egg so it would erase his name instead. Sadly I'm unable to get this to work.
