Drogeni and Ice Dragon's Cave ?

Okay I may have missed a reference somewhere in the game or in the Clue Book - but where does this history about Drogeni creating the Dragon's cave come from? There is a book in the caves that related how it was created... and one thing I've noted is that the wizard who did create these caves for the miser is referenced as a "He" so...
