Luc is a ranger in Yew in Ultima IX.
Description[edit]
The Avatar met Luc at the entrance to Yew. He was excited to tell the Avatar that a pirate woman had recently been caught, and that they were going to hang her shortly after her trial. When the Avatar further inquired about this woman, Luc eventually remembered her name, Raven. [1]
If asked about proof of the woman's guilt, Luc just scoffed and suggested it wasn't necessary.
After the Shrine of Justice was cleansed, Luc realized the error of his ways, and sought true Justice.
