This unnamed fool could be found in Castle Britannia during Ultima III.

Following a lead gleaned from a lone fighter located near the counter of the Weapons Shop in Montor West, the Stranger was able to reach this individual only by traversing a small pool of lava located in the castle's torture chamber. When spoken to, the jester would say nothing but "West-8, South-35 and await Dawn!"[1]
