Amanda is the tavernkeeper at The Griffon's Den in Serpent's Hold in Ultima VI.
Description[edit]
Meeting her during the Gargoyle War, Amanda shared her large laugh with the hero, telling the Avatar to call her "Miss Mandy", and offered the services of her pub. The bartender proudly told the hero that she made the best Waybread in Britannia, and was quite willing to serve the Avatar.[1]

In The Ultima 6 Project, Amanda asked the hero to bring her Button, Fly Agaric, and Suillus Pictus mushrooms for her cooking, offering to pay 1 gold for Fly Agaric, and 2 gold for the others. She also provided the hero instructions on how to make hot chocolate.
