Altara is a blind fortune teller.
Description[edit]
The Avatar met her in Ultima IX on the way from Britain to Paws. She gave the Avatar advice in form of a reminder that the hero's actions would speak for or against worthiness of Avatarhood, resulting in a gain or loss of karma, which can also affect one's circumstances.[1]
