Zared is a character unique to the Super Nintendo-port of Ultima VII, where he is an inhabitant of New Magincia who may be found at the Modest Damsel.
Description[edit]
Zared would welcome the Avatar enthusiastically to New Magincia, advising the hero to join in the celebration of Spring which was going on at the time. Should the hero ask about the Fellowship, Zared would appear puzzled, and would recommend that the Avatar seek out Alagner, who he claimed to be the wisest man in all Britannia.[1]

- Zared's portrait is identical to that of Murray from the PC version of Ultima VII.
