Wind sword

The wind sword is a weapon unique to the Super Nintendo-port of Ultima VII.

Description

Available for purchase from Greg of Britain for a sum of five-hundred gold pieces, the wind sword was a slender rapier-like weapon imbued with the powers of elemental air. This, however, made it an ineffective weapon against certain types of enemies, particularly those gifted with the ability to fly. It had no effect against bats, dragons, drakes, fairies, ghosts, mongbats or stone harpies.
