Yup, this is a good place. Also the Forum is another good place. And if you need to talk to a specific person you can use their talk page. Like for me you'd use User_talk:Fenyx4.

To categorize images you edit the image page and add the category by putting in a category link like [[Category:Location Maps - Pagan]].
