Ultima Online: The Second Age Playguide
The Ultima Online: The Second Age Playguide comes with Ultima Online: The Second Age. It is 204 pages long.
Description[edit]
This book fixed the curious oversight in the original issue of the game, that no manual came with it. Considering the complexity of the game, it caused many new players needless problems. The book extensively documents the world of Ultima Online around the time of the release of the Second Age. However, that only goes for game mechanics and facts, only very little to no lore is part of the book, thus making it somewhat of a dry read.

The following topics are part of the book:

Other Editions[edit]
The book was translated into several other languages, including: German, Japanese, Chinese (for Taiwan), Korean and Russian. The covers of the 3rd Japanese edition and the Taiwanese version look quite different from the original book cover, featuring a bright white background behind the logo.
The all-in-one book was split in later editions of The Second Age into two smaller ones, the Playguide and the Starter Guide, though the overall content did stay the same.
