Inconsistent information[edit]
Why does the end of it all get so mealy-mouthed? It seems pretty straight forward what became of him. He was possessed by a Bane, and Batlin killed him for it. BTW, is "extract" the right word?
I'm pretty sure it isn't, but I'm not sure what to change it to, because I don't know the circumstances. AngusM 05:56, September 18, 2010 (UTC)
This came up in my research when I was rewriting the Banes of Chaos article. The only solid facts that I could glean from the game are that Batlin discovered Angus was possessed while he and his lackeys were lodging at the inn, and after a "commotion" they pursued Angus to the north and cornered him in Skullcrusher, where they killed him. I suppose, to be technical, the process wasn't so much an extraction as it was a capture. --Terilem 06:19, September 18, 2010 (UTC)
- Somewhat red-faced, I have to amend this. I thought I recalled finding evidence that Angus was possessed, but I've been researching the matter again today and I can't locate what that might have been. Seems the jury is out on whether he was even inhabited by a Bane to begin with. --Terilem 08:18, October 12, 2010 (UTC)
