Sseetharee is a lizard man found on the third level of the Abyss. He is responsible for the prison. He appears in Ultima Underworld.

When the Avatar met him, he, like the other lizard men, could not speak the common tongue. This proved to be a huge obstacle, since the Avatar had to negotiate with him for the freedom of the prisoner Murgo. The Avatar first had to use Murgo's help in learning the language, before understanding that Sseetharee could be bribed to forgive Murgo's food theft. By bribing him with enough food, Sseetharee relented and opened the door to Murgo's cell, allowing the mage to leave.
Later, he went deeper underground like all the lizard men, when the Abyss was destroyed.
