The dreaded spider matriarch could be found on the lowest level of the Spider Cave south of the Lycaeum. Surrounded by her arachnid minions, this horrid creature could spit poisoned acid breath onto adventures from afar. Upon her defeat, she would drop 500 spider silk. Lady Nan upon hearing of the creature's defeat would be relieved, but it did little to ultimately quell her fear of spiders.
