The Spider Queen is an especially large giant spider that can be found in two Ultima fan games, Ultima V: Lazarus and The Ultima 6 Project. This horrid creature could spit poisoned acid breath onto adventurers from afar.
Ultima V: Lazarus[edit]
In Ultima V: Lazarus, a Spider Queen can be found in Shame. A corpse of another one can be found at the bottom of Deceit.
Ultima 6 Project[edit]
In The Ultima 6 Project, the dreaded spider matriarch could be found on the lowest level of the Spider Cave south of the Lycaeum. Upon her defeat, she would drop 500 spider silk. Lady Nan upon hearing of the creature's defeat would be relieved, but it did little to ultimately quell her fear of spiders.
