Sethar Strongarm is a troll found on the fourth level of the Abyss in Ultima Underworld.

When Sethar met the Avatar, he was surprised to see a human, remembering his own fighting days when he had been younger. The Avatar felt that Sethar was still strong, and the troll was pleased that humans still saw him like this, despite him being in his midlife-crisis. However, he currently had a craving for something special: a meal called Rotworm Stew. Thankfully, the Avatar had learned earlier from Lanugo how to make this dish, and quickly made some, much to Sethar's delight. He was so thankful, he gave the Avatar some dragon scales, one of the two components for dragonskin boots.

Here you are likely to encounter Sethar, who is old and quite civilized by troll standards - poor wretch. Perhaps I should drop him in a torture pit for a few month to change his disposition. He has two unlikely distinctions. He is the Abyss' chief trader in fireproof dragon scales (he found a dead dragon once and claims to have killed it), and he is, so far as I know, the world's greatest admirer of rotworm stew.
