Rogwump is a Goblin of the Moglop tribe. He appears in Ultima Underworld II.

Rogwump was one of three Moglop goblins who found themselves trapped in the waterways under Castle Britannia following the Guardian's creation of the blackrock dome. Being of a peaceful temperament, Rogwump would speak with the Avatar, if approached, and would talk at length about his frustrations at living on naught but fish while stranded. One of his complaints was concerning his endeavor to catch different breeds, including a flying-fish, only to find to his consternation that they all tasted alike. Should the hero offer to barter foodstuffs other than fish with the exasperated goblin, he would prove most receptive to the offer.[1]
If the Avatar aided the Moglop, Rogwump would agree with Dripper and their friend to bequeath to the hero a treasure of their tribe: a strange blackrock serpent.[2]
