The Dripper is a Goblin of the Moglop tribe. He appears in Ultima Underworld II.

The Dripper and his comrades found themselves trapped in the sewers of Castle Britannia due to the conjuration of the Guardian's blackrock dome. Stranded from the rest of the Moglop, the Dripper found himself both bored and afflicted with a slight cold. Attempting to make the best of the situation, he therefore endeavored to fill his time practicing coughing, hacking, and spitting, that he might win acclaim at the goblins' annual spitting contest. Should the Avatar have met with the Dripper, this competitive zeal may have been mistaken for serious sickness, and in the hopes of easing his sore throat offered him alcohol: a commodity for which the colorful goblin would gladly trade.[1]
If the Avatar ended up aiding the Moglop, the Dripper would consult with Rogwump and their cohort, and the three goblins would decide to award the hero a relic of their people: a mysterious blackrock serpent which had come into the tribe's possession after a dying sojourner had carried it to their lands.[2]
