Quat is a healer who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Cove and is the proprietor of The Healer Shop.

A typical healer of the age, Quat was a man of few words, tending mainly to the duties of his practice, and occasionally attempting to solicit donations of blood to help in his work. Frontis would recommend his services to the Stranger should the hero be injured.[1]
