Paxaptamac is a tailor and member of the Nahuatla Tribe in Savage Empire.
Description[edit]
Paxaptamac is a fine tailor who made ornamental wear from feathered robes and cloth. He felt that cloth was a superior clothing material than leather, and should only be used by the more primitive tribes. He was more than willing to tell the Avatar about the process of making cloth from flax. Paxaptamac disliked Huitlapacti's rule, and was thankful to the Avatar if Moctapotl was restored to power.[1]
Paxaptamac admitted to the Avatar that he had recently sold out his entire stock of clothing, and it would take him awhile to make more. He had also recently became low on feathers after creating an elaborate cloak for a client, and was thus willing to trade the Avatar one emerald for every 10 parrot feathers he brought. [2]
Lore[edit]
“ | Another shop to visit is that of Paxaptamac, the tailor. If you're ever in the need of native Nahuada dress, his is the place to visit. Also, he'll give you hard currency — emeralds, among the Nahuatla — for rare and difficult-to-retrieve parrot feathers. Ask him about trade, emeralds, and parrot feathers. |
