Octavius is a merchant living in Britannia at the time of Ultima VII. However, the Avatar never met him and he only appeared in the writings of Anton, the Ultima VII Clue Book.
Description[edit]
Octavius was the supplier of all shops in Britannia and therefore it was easy for him to give Anton a list of goods available at the various shops. he also gave Anton a copy of Vetron's Guide to Weapons and Armour in order to fill up the numbers for various weapons and armour.
