Linda is a farmer in Britain in Ultima VI.
Description[edit]
Linda showed herself to be a simple farmer who was very proud of the grain she grew. Happy to be working the earth, she joked to the Avatar that the only two positions she was suited for was growing grain or gravedigging. She even took delight in knowing that the bread, cakes, pies, and pastries that the people of Britannia enjoyed had their root in her farm. Although she believed animal farming had its place, it just was not right for her, stating, "Woman does not live on meat alone".[1]
She was willing to sell the hero sacks of grain at two gold apiece.
