This article is about a character from Ultima VII Part Two. For the Ultima IX character, see Leon (U9).

Leon is the leader of the Fellowship Camp outside of Fawn. He is a Fellowship believer, having no idea of its real purpose. He appears in Ultima VII Part Two.

Description[edit]

He came with his group to Serpent Isle together with Gwenno. They took up camp in Fawn and at first were tolerated by the local authorities. When Batlin appeared, he told him to recruit the inhabitants. This caused Leon and the others to be expelled from the city on accusations of heresy. When the Avatar met him, the hero told the oblivious man that the Fellowship had been outlawed and disbanded in Britannia, which threw Leon into a crisis.

He also was present during Dupre’s trial, but was thrown out, as they saw him as a heretic, when he said that their way was peaceful. He was later killed, when Mad Iolo attacked Fawn.

Trivia[edit]

  • He is a part of the material cut from Serpent Isle. In the original plot instead of being slaughtered, Mad Iolo cuts off his tongue to silence the preacher during his rule over Fawn. His scroll where he says this is even left on his body in the final release!
