Khelereth is a power-hungry Liche.
Description[edit]
The Avatar learned about Khelereth in Ultima IX, and that he hid deep inside the dungeon Covetous. The Avatar learned even more from the sword wraith Lothar, who said that Khelereth was extremly power-hungry and had a new favourite. Ironically, this new favourite, the brainwashed Julia, made Khelereth do the dirty work for the Guardian. [1]
In the confrontation between the Avatar and the liche, Khelereth was able to use spells unhindered by the blackrock throughout the mines. In the battle he was outraged at Lothar's treachery, in his domain on the lowest level of Covetous, to gain the blackrock orb.
