Haplin is a fuzzy in the Deep Forest in The Ultima 6 Project.

A particularly brave fuzzy, Haplin demanded to know why the hero approached the Hall of Fuzzy. Despite this, the Avatar quickly won over the creature's heart with a gift of sweet honey. Haplin showed annoyance towards the humans, feeling the inhabitants of the Big World spent too much time fighting, and not enough time listening or eating, but still readily gave the hero permission to speak with Porshon, the wise old leader of the fuzzy people.
Haplin felt that his fellow fuzzy Flizzbomb was wise, but also very strange, which caused him to be shunned by the other creatures. He believed that his mate Empley only spent time with Flizzbomb because she felt sorry for his exclusion from fuzzy society. He praised Empley's ability to find honey and other sweet things, but noted that she disliked this job because it made the bees sad when their honey was taken.
After speaking with Porshon and Flizzbomb, Haplin told the hero he was sometimes sent by their leader to speak with the wisps. During a recent travel into the Serpent's Spine mountains, he had seen a man with a magical helmet being killed by a dragon.
