Glenno is the master of the Baths in Buccaneer's Den. He appears in Ultima VII.
Description[edit]
Glenno had come into the funds to open the Baths through the Fellowship, who had apparently given him a hefty sum of money after his "worthiness" became apparent. A roguish man who obviously enjoyed his work as a panderer, Glenno managed his business with more than a few winks and nudges, often stopping just short of advertising his facility as a brothel. For a fee of three-hundred gold coins, he would grant individuals admittance to the bathhouse on an ongoing basis, allowing them to partake of the various erotic services offered by his employees.[1]

Trivia[edit]
- Glenno's real world counterpart is Ultima VII artist, Glen Johnson, and Glenno will go out of his way to mention that several pieces of artwork created by Glen Johnson hang upon the walls of the Baths.[2][3]
- Should Spark be present in the party when the Avatar pays for admission to the Baths, Glenno will question the boy as to his age, eventually admitting him regardless of the fact he is only fourteen, much to the youth's delight. Iolo, if also present, will smile and remark that Spark has "learned a lot" whilst traveling in the Avatar's company.[1]
- Glenno does not appear to be deeply entangled in the Fellowship hierarchy, and none of the sex workers in his establishment at the time of the Avatar's visits appear to be exploited. However, the gambler, Robin, will mention that he has plans to sell an unassuming young woman into Glenno's service, indicating that the procurer's operations may have a markedly darker side to them.[4]
