A fox is a small canine, which is totally harmless to humans.

Description

However, while they tend run away from humans, foxes can be quite dangerous to chickens and other small animals which they see as prey. Thus they can be considered more of a pest than anything else. In the folklore of many Terran cultures, foxes are a common symbol of cunning and trickery.

They can be found everywhere in the wilderness.

Foxes appear in both parts of Ultima VII, though not in the expansion disks. Their appearance doesn't vary between the two parts.

Notable Examples

• Frank the Fox, who always hangs around the Lycaeum in Ultima VII. A speaking fox who claims to be a seeker of Honesty, Frank comes off as more insulting and blunt than truly honest.
