Fazek is a Martian who inhabited Georges Méliès's body for part of the events of Martian Dreams.
Description[edit]
Working as the Gatherer for the grove of Elysium, Fazek was responsible for gathering the composted soil in which to raise his kind's seedlings, informing the Avatar that his kind passed on information through the generations by absorbing the knowledge from the soil in which they were grown. The Gatherer told the hero that in the past he had traded with the Cultivator Plashef at Hellas grove for fertilizer components, and that the Martian had an impressive chemical laboratory. [1]
With the creation of mechanical bodies for the Martians, Fazek returned to Earth on Andrew Carnegie's rocket.
