Elaina is a gossip living in Yew in Ultima IX.

When the Avatar first met Elaina and Teresa, they were excited due to the upcoming trial of the pirate Raven; although, the pair did not seem completely aware of Raven's name or identity. She also doubted the Avatar's true identity, and issued threats based on the suspected impersonation. She further presumed Raven's guilt and anticipated her sentence would be a burning at the stake, and then looked forward to the next trial.[1]
After the Shrine of Justice was cleansed she apologized for her attitude.
