Deresh is a wingless gargoyle in Ambrosia.
Description[edit]
Shortly before Ultima IX, Deresh got a pair of Boots of Levitation from Wislem, with explicit instructions on how to use them, specifically to not remove them in mid-flight. However, he was shortly later killed by Noname and dumped down a cliff. The Avatar found his body down there after freeing Noname, and took the boots.

| “ | To have already told you how to use these boots, but to know that you are wingless and stupid, and must have instructions to use Boots of Levitation! To jump while wearing the boots will make you able to walk on air. Then to jump again will make you fall. To know you are not bright, Deresh, so to not try to jump while high in midair!
