Charlotte Weaver is a weaver in New Magincia in Ultima VI.
Description[edit]
Humble Charlotte was a talented weaver who was capable of creating the finest cloths, and was the only person in Britannia with the skills necessary to weave spider silk. The young lady claimed to be the most humble person in New Magincia, an idea which seemed to negate her previous claims of humility.[1]
The Avatar was sent to Charlotte by the spinner Arbeth to weave silk thread into cloth. Charlotte then sent the Avatar to Marissa to have the cloth sewn into a bag, so that the Avatar could create a hot air balloon.

In The Ultima 6 Project, Charlotte could be asked about Charlotte of Greyhaven after meeting the woman on Verity Isle. Charlotte was quick to insist that she had no association with that woman beyond the name, because of the other woman's really bad reputation.
