Aneassa is the tavernkeeper of Buccaneer's Den during the time of Ultima IX.
Description[edit]
The Avatar first found her talking with bar patron Bjorn about the whirlpools that had put a stop to ship travel. When talking to her, she offered the usual drinks, but added in a whisper that she had something special, silver serpent venom. She claimed that using it would increase the libido, but she wouldn't reveal her source.[1]
When talking with Bjorn, she interrupted harshly that she was only his best friend because she didn't want to be his lover.

Trivia[edit]
- Aneassa keeps a large store of silver serpent venom hidden on the roof of her bar, which can be accessed by a staircase hidden on the north wall of the building.
- If the Avatar frees the silver serpent, Aneassa will no longer sell venom, but she doesn't make any mention of her loss of supply.
