Wheel Artifacts (Lord of Ultima)

Wheels can be found as rewards for raids, obtained from the Fortune Teller as a daily prize, or purchased in the Shop. Using a wheel decreases the travel time for carts that have been dispatched with trade goods. The movement time is divided among all of the carts in route (thus using a Steel Wheel when 10 carts are dispatched will reduce the travel time of each by 10 hours).
