The Jocker can be found on a small island only reachable by yacht in a lake in the Village of the Preppies in Ultima II.
Description[edit]
The Jocker curiously tells the Stranger that the hero is only "half way there", although, it is unknown what destination the unusual jester is actually referring to. [1]
