Mosagann is the shaman of the Yolaru Tribe in Savage Empire.

Mosagann was too busy chanting to the spirits to answer many of the Avatar's questions, but his eyes did light up when the conversation switched to his daughter Sahree, who he claimed was a more powerful warrior than many of the males of the Yolaru tribe.[1]

The tribal shaman is Mosagann, a rather distracted man. I never managed to exchange more than about six words with him. Don't expect to gain any useful insights from him.
