The Kotl Device is an item found in Savage Empire, also called a "locator".
Description[edit]
Deep inside the ancient underground city of Kotl, the Avatar found this compass-like device in a room that was only reachable by teleporter, since the door was blocked off by an electric field. After some experimentation it turned out that this device always pointed towards the location of the corrupted moonstone, thus it was of great use when entering the Myrmidex Caves in order to not get lost in the labyrinth of narrow tunnels and find the end goal - the moonstone and the Myrmidex Queen, Xyxxxtl.
