Weblock is the royal adviser in the Palace of Blackthorn during the time of Ultima V.
Description[edit]
The Avatar met him right away after entering the castle. Weblock said where to find Lord Blackthorn, but warned that he normally isn't in the mood for visitors. He also was knowledgeable about the various other inhabitants of the castle and how to reach them, as well as how to reach certain locations within the castle.[1]

Weblock would refuse to speak about himself while in the presence of Blackthorn, telling the hero to seek an audience with his lord. If not wearing the black badge, the royal adviser would also refuse to speak with the hero. Should the hero meet Weblock alone at night, the royal steward would gladly tell the Avatar the location of the other inhabitants of the castle. In order to maintain his nighttime vigil, Webock had concocted a drink designed to rejuvenate him and maintain high energy levels, the ingredients of which he kept a secret.[2]
