The Historian can be found by a fountain in the southwest of Towne Mary in Ultima II.

The Historian makes the outrageous claim that George Washington once spent the night in Towne Mary, suggesting a possible connection between the people of Mars and Earth as a result of Minax’s meddling with the time stream.[1]
