The Cap'n is the proprietor of Captain Black Tavern in Buccaneer's Den during the time of Ultima IV.

Following a tip from the injured Sebastian in Britain, the Stranger could ask the Cap'n about the Skull of Mondain. The barkeep would advise the hero that the beggar Jude could speak of how to find the most evil of all things.
