The description for the Ladder Up spell in U2 says "Ladder Up teleports you straight up one level in a tower or dungeon.". However, the description for this spell in U1 says "This enchantment creates a magical ladder which permits the spellcaster to ascend to the next level of a dungeon.". From its name, I would have thougth that in U2 it should also make a ladder appear, not teleport the player.

Since I'm going to start merging articls, I need to know if the Ladder Up spell in U2 creates a ladder or teleports the player. Does anyone know? I don't have a copy of U2 handy to try this out.--Sega381 13:11, 2 June 2011 (PDT)

I don't have the game in front of me, but the manual says (page 4):

Ladder down--teleports you straight down one level in a tower or dungeon.

Ladder up--teleports you straight up one level in a tower or dungeon.

So, as far as the manual, it teleports, but its called ladder. hmm... --Browncoat Jayson 14:06, 2 June 2011 (PDT)
