Serpent Isle Rangers

Shouldn't we put a separate page for the Serpent Isle Rangers ? While they do share the same names, they have in truth little in common with the Rangers of Sosaria, being little more than Moonshade's city guard all in all - so I feel they should probably have a separate page rather than this small trivia bit there.
