General Fact-Checking

There are several parts of this article that I expect are speculation and enrichment, and should be checked:

• "...regime got stronger with each day..." Did anyone say that?
• "...the dark tyrant called a counter organization into life." Do we know anything about how the Oppression was conceived?
• "...with the ultimate goal to cement his rule for eternity and root out any opposition." There's got to be something wrong w/that. Possibly everything
• "...the Oppression was forcibly destroyed." Do we know anything about the Oppression's destruction, except that we didn't see it again?

Also I don't think the Avatar hast to get the Black Badge. It makes Blackthorn's castle easier but is it required to win the game? -- Fenyx4 05:12, May 1, 2010 (UTC)

It is not required. I always just hopped on my magic carpet, flew around all the guards, went to the top of the castle, and quickly escaped. (Dungy 21:26, May 15, 2010 (UTC))

Now the only question I have is about "The Oppression is an organization in Ultima V that opposes the Resistance against Blackthorn's regime," Do we know that's why it was created? Does the Resistance predate the Oppression? From what I know of the cliches about police-states is that the Oppression would have been created regardless of any real resistance.
