Is "skinned" the best word?

I don't quite remember what happened, but I do remember Yelinda made really ugly in contrast to her former beauty. But was she skinned? I feel rather squeamish with that awfully gruesome image, which I think might be the wrong one. I'd change it, but I don't know the circumstances. AngusM 04:19, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

She did indeed appear to be skinned. She basically looked like one of those drawings in anatomy books that show the muscles of the body. However, she and Ruggs both refer to the event as a "curse" and Yelinda specifically calls it an enchantment. Lady Yelinda Skinned Portrait

Is it okay to put the skinned version of her portrait here? You would say that even though it is gruesome for some of us, (I am not affected) however it IS an important part of SI. If you know what I mean. --Arthgon (talk) 12:32, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
